If you need to change the email address associated with your Cultivated Culture account, follow the steps below.
How To Change The Email Address On Your Account
At this time, it is not possible to change the email address associated with your Cultivated Culture account. And unfortunately, this is not something we can do on our end either.
If you will no longer have access to the email currently in use, we suggest you delete your Cultivated Culture account and create a new one using your preferred email address.
Save Your Data!
Please note that the process of deleting your account will erase all of the saved data currently stored with it.
Data includes:
- Course progress
- Course notes
- Course assignments
- Saved resumes
- ResyMatch scans
Unfortunately, we will not be able to save or transfer saved data over to your new account.
To avoid losing all your hard work, we strongly advise downloading all the data you would like to save before deleting your account and creating a new one.
