At this time, you cannot add a photo to a resume template in ResyBuild.io.

There are a number of reasons why this option isn't available:

Images are not ATS-friendly
A picture could distract from your skills and experience
In many countries, a resume photo is considered unprofessional
Most HR departments reject resumes with images to prevent discrimination
