The refund and cancellation policy on our courses and products differ. Before making any purchases with Cultivated Culture, be sure to familiarize yourself with our policies.

Dream Job System Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Dream Job System course is backed by a 30 day results-based guarantee.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but that requires that you give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 30 day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you gave the course an honest effort and you did not see results (defined below). 

Please note that we do not offer refunds because you “did not have time” or “haven’t logged in.” If you do not have time to invest in this course right now, you should not purchase it until you have time in your schedule.

In the event that you decide your purchase did not yield results, contact Cultivated Culture at austin@cultivatedculture.com and let us know you’re requesting a refund.

You are required to have checked “Mark Complete” on all of the lessons you finished and you must either upload your coursework via the upload options within the course platform (by clicking the “Submit Assignment” button at the bottom of any applicable lessons) or you must include your coursework in an email with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and you have not completed the lessons and/or do not include your coursework, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund must include ALL of the following items:

  1. Your signed and dated Dream Job System Commitment Contract.
  2. Your overarching goal, “dream life” description, and step-by-step breakdown as outlined in the lesson, Using The "Find Your Why" System To Discover What You Truly Want In Your Career & Your Life.
  3. Your Dream Job Pipeline Tracker, completed with all of the required information from at least 10 companies.
  4. Your completed Dream Job Contact Tracker with at least 50 contacts, their job titles, the companies they work for, their email addresses, and additional notes on your plan for reaching out.
  5. Proof (including timestamps) that you reached out to at least 5 contacts in your Dream Job Contact Tracker and followed up twice with any contacts that did not respond.
  6. Proof that you’ve made at least one post in the Private DJS LinkedIn group asking for help with the biggest challenge you’re running into.
  7. Proof that you have emailed Austin asking for help (after posting in the LinkedIn group) with your biggest challenge or blocker.

When we speak about “results” and the “results-based guarantee” we define those results as responses from contacts who are in a position to refer you into jobs.

If you have done all the work outlined in bullets 1 - 7 above and have not heard back from any contacts, you are eligible for a refund. If you have heard back from contacts that you reached out to, you have seen “results” as we define them and are not eligible for a refund. Since we cannot control the company’s timeline for interviewing candidates and making the hiring decision, we cannot base our 30 day guarantee on that. However, there is a strong correlation between receiving responses from contacts and landing job interviews and offers.

Purchasers of the VIP level of the Program are no longer eligible for a refund after their 30-minute session with Austin Belcak has taken place.

No Experience, No Problem Refund & Cancellation Policy

The No Experience, No Problem course is backed by a 30 day results-based guarantee.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 30 day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you gave the course an honest effort and you did not see results (defined below).

You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework, you will not be granted a refund.

  1. Completed Skill Tracker Google sheet for at least one industry
  2. Contact information for at least 30 contacts in Client’s Contact Tracker Google sheet
  3. Proof of outreach to at least 15 contacts from the Client’s Contact Tracker sheet
  4. Proof of completion of at least two foundational means of learning (notes from a book, certificate of completion from a course, etc.)

When we speak about “results” and the “results-based guarantee” we define those results as responses from contacts who are in a position to get you build skills and actions taken towards learning new skills.

If you have done all the work outlined in bullets 1-4 above and feel like you have not made any progress, you are eligible for a refund.

LinkedIn Launch Formula Refund & Cancellation Policy

The LinkedIn Launch Formula is backed by a 30 day results-based guarantee.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but that requires that you give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 30 day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you gave the course an honest effort and you did not see results (defined below).

Given the nature of the course and the needs of our clients, the 30 day refund applies to results for a single specific module. In other words, after joining the course, the Client will choose a module to focus on the first 30 days. They will complete the module and take action on the material. If they do the work and do not see the expected results (as outlined below), they will be eligible for a refund.

The 30 day refund is not-transferable between modules and cannot be combined or “rolled over” across modules. The Client is expected to choose a single module to focus on in order to achieve the expected results (the module will be selected in the “Choose Your Own Adventure” lesson in Module #1). If the Client wants to jump around between modules, that is their decision, but we cannot offer a refund unless the proof of work is provided and action on the material has been taken.

Put another way, when the Client signs up for the course, the expectation is that the Client chooses one module (exclude Module #1) to focus on for the first 30 days. It could be Module #2, Module #3, or Module #4. After 30 days, the Client chooses the second module to focus on for days 31-60 (while continuing to implement the material from the previous module). However, the refund and results are based on the module that the Client decides to jump into for the first 30 days.

Module #2

  1. Your completed Profile and Headline Keyword Tracker
  2. A screenshot of your LinkedIn profile that includes your updated profile picture, banner image, headline, about section, and skills and endorsements section
  3. Five examples of Value Driven Comments on influential posts and profiles.

Module #3

  1. Your completed Contact Tracker with at least 100 contacts including notes on Connection Clues for each (in the “Notes” column)
  2. Five examples of outreach using the specific strategies and templates mentioned in the lesson. Each example should reference the strategy you used along with a screenshot of the outreach and the result.

Module #4

  1. A copy of your completed “Post Anxiety Self Coaching” exercise
  2. A copy of your completed “Creating Your Niche Statement” exercise
  3. A screenshot of the invites / reminders you set for when you will post content
  4. A copy of your completed “Metrics Tracker” for the first 30 days
  5. A link to your LinkedIn post feed showing that you post at least 3 times per week for 30 days, following the promotion strategies outlined in the module 

Given the goals of our clients, we’ve defined expectations for each module below. These expectations assume that you have selected one module to focus on and you took action on the content in that single module for 30 days. When we speak about “results” and the “results-based guarantee” here are our definitions of results:

  • On Day 30 of implementing the strategies in Module #2, you can expect your average profile views to increase by at least 250 and you can expect to show up in at least 100 new searches every month.
  • On Day 30 of implementing the strategies in Module #3, you can expect to start creating connections and having conversations with potential referrals at your dream company, influential contacts, and / or qualified prospects for your business.
  • On Day 30 of implementing the strategies in Module #4, you can expect your first text post to see a minimum of 5,000 views

If you have done all the work outlined above and you have not seen “results” as we define them, you are eligible for a refund.
